It must be another slow news day - the big news on the radio this morning, and in other places throughout the day, the humble Donner Kebab is bad for you!
I'm not an nutritional expert, but I already knew this. It really took a study across 76 councils, sampling 494 Donner Kebabs to tell the country this? Good to see Tax pounds going to good use!
If you are interested this is an average of 6.5 Donner Kebabs for each council. I'm guessing that's between £1500 and £2000 worth of fast food.
Which is £20 to £26 per council which is around 13,000 to 17,500 paper clips or 8 to 10 450g boxes of rubber bands (size 89mm x 6mm) from a well know stationary supplier...
If the same number of Kebabs is considered over the duration of an average 3 year Undergraduate degree, its just over 3 a week.
One last thought, did they have Salad, Chips, Garlic Mayo, Chili Sauce, Pitta or Naan...
